My use of various spiritual beliefs, including Russian folklore and Orthodox Christianity,  Schia Islam reflects the complexity of human experience and how it affects our perception of the world around us. How this process has evolved over time and how it is reflected in the final product introduces ambiguity and complexity, forcing viewers to delve deeper into the work. To incorporate my own identity and political experience into my work, especially in relation to my experience of the war in Ukraine and its impact on my artistic practice.
